CombHelp with Comb
Questions, a bug or a file that won’t work?
Include your Comb version, macOS version and the file format. If there’s an error, include its message. Use a non-sensitive sample if needed.
How do the five free files work?
Every tool is included. Only original files with a successfully saved result count. Previews, failures and discarded work don’t count. Splitting a PDF counts once; a merged result counts each original used.
How do I restore Unlimited?
Open Settings → General → Restore Purchases. Use the Apple Account you bought Comb Unlimited with. It’s one payment, with no subscription.
Why is the price unavailable?
Check your connection, then choose Reload price in the purchase window.
Why can’t Comb access a file or folder?
Select the file again with Choose Files. If an output folder has moved, choose it again in Settings → Folders.
Does Comb keep my originals?
Conversion and editing save separate copies. The Move action moves originals when you choose it.
Is a cleaned-up file safe to share?
Review the saved copy first. Metadata removal, blur and redaction have limits. PDF privacy cleanup also removes searchable text, links, forms and digital signatures from the copy.
